Welcome to Tasty Nation Kitchen

First thing first, Thank You for taking your time to check out Tasty Nation, you being on the site and looking over everything is amazing and extremely appreciated. This is an incredible journey that started in early 2025 and it’s all thanks to you!

This all started with small steps and an ideal concept of helping you the everyday cooks stand out with your creations at home by making restaurant quality blended seasonings that adapt to your concept from stove – oven – grill – smoker to plate while having premium quality flavors in your dish. However the biggest one for us was, how about we make products that are both yummy and good for the human body with leaving out the nasty artificial “natural flavors” chemicals, caking agents, emulsifiers, and ingredients that you can’t pronounce? Well, we found a problem and we came with the solution to leave out the junk and have an all natural product.

One of the biggest proponents was our background in the food and retail industries with mom and pop pizzerias and other culinary backgrounds, but also a few years in the retail space selling our competitions spices, seasonings, sauces, but also grills – smokers – and other outdoor cooking supplies.

While at the mom and pop small business pizza place is where the Pizzaholic came to be. As an employee we and other employees would put on a little of this and that to our cheese sticks and pizza’s, but then it hit me that, damn…..I can do this so much better, so I blended a small sample batch and tested it with both employees and customers, let’s just say that testing lead to it’s creation. Then the rest of the flavors followed.

What else is missing? After coming up with the basics and adding the specialty flavors and us being in the State of Utah, which doesn’t have much food culture outside creative mom and pop restaurants, I really wanted to start a seasoning that was dedicated to my state that wasn’t a bland norm. Always loved the city of Nashville, TN and Nashville Hot, I said “hey I can do something better”, so after lots of test runs and tons of feedback, the UTAH HOT was born and here to stay as the FIRST of it’s kind especially in the spicy seasoning arena.

When we did all our testing for our products, we made a concerned efforts to have testers that were not people that were “nice” or “cheerleader” good for you types or anyone that will tell you it’s great to lift up your pride. Nope, we picked brutally honest testers that told the blunt truth of add this, take that out, tweak that types. Those are the people you trust, not the yes crowd. After months of testing, we got all of our seasonings down to a science and flavors that you the everyday foodie will love and appreciate.

So what are our goals at Tasty Nation, well it’s simple, give you the consumer a premium quality product without the premium price. Not only do we value health and wellness, we value our country here in the United States, and we only source our ingredients from US based producers and manufacturers. On that note especially with a non negotiable with our salt. We wanted a salt that was good for you and not highly processed like table salt. Celtic salt is amazing but very expressive and hard to source and Himalayan pink salt was also hard to source that is from the certain region in the world that’s pure form and not cut with additives. So we use Real Salt from Redmond Mineral in Central Utah and is world renowned plus widely used in restaurants, plus it’s like us with it being US based and not cut with additives. We found this salt amplifies all the other ingredients making your seasoning elite.

With all that being said, again Welcome to Tasty Nation Kitchen and we look forward to helping you stand out with your creation. In 2025 we have 10 unique seasonings that are crown pleasing by far and this fall in 2025 we’ll have 3 holiday season seasonings like Pumpkin Spice, Holiday Ham and Holiday Turkey. In 2026 we’ll look into getting sauces from BBQ and Hot Sauces plus added specialty seasonings. We hope you enjoy all of our products and we look forward to serving you!

Thank You,

Ty Jensen – Founder and CEO

First of all, Thank You for your comment. To answer your question on what makes them stand out are two things, the first is the 2oz bags…..it don’t sound like a big amount like other brands with the bottles but they are a great amount per pack that you can optimize in a hurry instead of having bottles collect dust. We’ll eventually get bottles in the 8oz variations later this year. The second is, is that we do not and will never use synthetic chemicals or man made additives to our blends, and that’s not a promise, that’s a guarantee! I know I say this but if God don’t make it I don’t take it or use it in food products additions like our seasonings and next year our sauces! We look forward to having you try our line of flavors and even make a review video or post!
